Langkah :
- 1/2 kg ceker ayam
- 10 cabe merah
- 5 cabe rawit
- 6 kemiri
- 3 bawput
- Kencur
- Garam
- Gula jawa
- 300 ml air
Langkah :
- Cuci bersih ceker ayam lalu rebus sampe matang, angkat tiriskan
- Haluskan bumbu cabmer, cabwit, garam, kencur, bawput, kemiri
- Tumis bumbu yg dihaluskan sampe matang masukkan gula jawa
- Masukkan ceker ayam yg sudah drebus dan 300 ml air aduk
- Tunggu sampe air menyusut, angkat dan sajikan
