Bahan Saus :
Langkah
- 5 porsi
- 1 kg ayam, bersihkan, potong sesuai selera. Lumuri dengan jeruk nipis
- 1 sdt garam
- 1/2 sdt lada hitam yg masih agak kasar
- 50 gr tepung serbaguna
- 25 gr tepung beras
- 25 gr tepung maizena
- 1 butir telur ukuran kecil, kocok lepas
Bahan Saus :
- 4 siung bawang putih, cacah halus
- 3 sdm saus tomat
- 5 sdm gochujang (hot paper paste)
- secukupnya Air
- 1 sdm madu
- secukupnya Garam, gula dan lada
- Minyak goreng untuk menumis
- Wijen putih untuk taburan
Langkah
- Cuci ayam yg sudah dilumuri air jeruk nipis
- Campur telur, tepung, lada hitam, garam dan potongan ayam. Aduk rata. biarkan selama 2-3 menit.
- Panaskan minyak, goreng potongan ayam hingga matang kuning kecoklatan. Angkat
- Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih hingga wangi, tambahkan saus tomat dan gochujang 5-6 sdm dan air. Aduk rata. Beri madu 1-2 sdm, garam gula dan lada. Masak hingga matang mengental. Masukkan potongan ayam goreng, aduk rata hingga seluruh saus menutupi permukaan ayam. Angkat. Sajikan di piring taburi wijen putih diatasnya.
