Bahan-bahan
Cara Membuat
- Santan kental sedang 500 ml
- Kacang goreng 750 gr; dibuang kulitnya; dan haluskan
- Daun salam 2 lbr
- Daun jeruk 5 lbr
- Sereh 3 batang
- Bawang putih 5 siung; dirajang lalu digoreng
- Garam 1 sdt
- Gula merah 2 sdm; disisir
- Jeruk limo
- Kecap manis
- Daging itik untuk material utama satenya (Potong dadu atau sesuai selera, kemudian tusuk memakai tusuk sate lalu bakar)
Cara Membuat
- Rebuslah santan sampai mendidih
- Masukkanlah daun jeruk, sereh beserta bawang goreng, garam, kacang, daun salam dan gula merah lalu masak sebentar
- Angkat – sudah siap disajikan bersama sate itik
- Apabila mau disajikan, siapkan bawang goreng (untuk taburan), kacang bercampur kecap manis juga air jeruk, takarannya sesuaikan saja dengan selera masing-masing
