Bahan urap :
Bumbu halus :
Cara Membuat :
- 50 gr kenikir, rebus matang
- 50 gr kacang panjang, potong 3 cm, rebus sampai matang
- 100 gr taoge, siangi seduh air panas
- 500 gr daun kemangi
- 200 gr kelapa setengah tua, kupas, lalu parut kasar
- 2 sdm air asam
- 50 gr daun singkong, rebus sampai matang
- 50 gr daun papaya, rebus sampai matang
- 4 lembar daun jeruk
- Gula, garam, minyak goreng secukupnya
Bumbu halus :
- 2 buah cabai merah
- 2 buah cabai rawit
- 2 siung bawang putih
- 4 cm kencur
- 1 sdm irisan gula merah
- ½ sdt garam
Cara Membuat :
- Langkah pertama, siapkan wajan dan masukan minyak goreng, panaskan. Kemudian tumis bumbu halus sampai harum. Kemudian masukkan kelapa parut dan juga jeruk, aduk hingga merata. masak sampai matang, lalu angkat.
- Aduk sampai merata sayuran dengan kelapa yang sudah berbumbu,
- Urap urap khas Surabaya siap untuk disajikan.
