Resep Urap Jawa

Bahan urap  :

  • 50 gr kenikir, rebus matang
  • 50 gr kacang panjang, potong 3 cm, rebus sampai matang
  • 100 gr taoge, siangi seduh air panas
  • 500 gr daun kemangi
  • 200 gr kelapa setengah tua, kupas, lalu parut kasar
  • 2 sdm air asam
  • 50 gr daun singkong, rebus sampai matang
  • 50 gr daun papaya, rebus sampai matang
  • 4 lembar daun jeruk
  • Gula, garam, minyak goreng secukupnya


Bumbu halus  :


  • 2 buah cabai merah
  • 2 buah cabai rawit
  • 2 siung bawang putih
  • 4 cm kencur
  • 1 sdm irisan gula merah
  • ½ sdt garam


Cara Membuat :


  1. Langkah pertama, siapkan wajan dan masukan minyak goreng, panaskan. Kemudian tumis bumbu halus sampai harum. Kemudian masukkan kelapa parut dan juga jeruk, aduk hingga merata. masak sampai matang, lalu angkat.
  2. Aduk sampai merata sayuran dengan kelapa yang sudah berbumbu, 
  3. Urap urap khas Surabaya siap untuk disajikan.
