Bahan:
- 1300 gr gurita (lbh bagus yg baby atau remaja agar tdk alot)
- 1 bh jeruk nipis, ambil airnya
- secukupnya Garam
- Bumbu marinasi :
- 3 btg rosemary segar (bs diganti yg yg kering)
- 3 sdm saus tiram
- 4 sdm minyak zaitun
- 1 sdm minyak wijen
- 3 siung bawang putih, haluskan
- 3 sdm saus tomat
- 1 sdm paprika bubuk (bs diganti lada/lada hitam)
- 5 sdm madu
- secukupnya Kecap manis dan garam
Langkah:
- Pertama2 bersihkan gurita dan potong sesuai selera. Kemudian, kucuri dengan air jeruk nipis dan garam. Diamkan hingga 15menit. Lalu bilas.
- Lalu campur semua baan bumbu marinasi. Masukkan gurita dan aduk hingga semua bagian gurita terbaluri dg bumbu. Lalu simpan dalam kulkas selama 1 - 2 jam agar bumbu lbh meresap.
- Bakar gurita hingga matang (lbh enak di bakar di arang agar aromanya lbh nikmat). Sajikan gurita panggang bersama dg sambal dan lalapan.
