- 5 porsi
- secukupnya Daging (sapi/ayam/ikan)
- 1 buah Wortel (ukuran besar)
- 1 buah Bawang Bombay (ukuran besar)
- 1 buah Kentang (ukuran besar)
- 120 gram Kare Block (bisa di beli di supermarket
- 1 1/2 sendok teh Garam
- 1 sendok teh Merica halus
- secukupnya Air
- secukupnya minyak goreng untuk menumis
Langkah
- bawang bombay iris bulat, kentang dan wortel di potong dadu 2x2 cm, rendam ayam dengan saus teriyaki (bila ada)
- tumis bawang bombay hingga transparan, masukkan wortel dan kentang, setelah kentang 1/2 matang, masukkan ayam, bubuhi garam, dan merica halus, masak hingga ayam berubah warna.
- tuang air hingga merendam semua bahan, kecilkan api dan tutup panci hingga wortel lunak.
- setelah wortel lunak, matikan api, masukkan kare block dan aduk hingga kare block tercampur, dan kuah mengental.
- setelah tercampur dan mengental, nyalakan air, dan didihkan kare. setelah mendidih, matikan dan sajikan dengan nasi putih.
