Reseo Otak-otak Kep. Riau

Bahan :

  • 250 gram ikan tenggiri yang sudah dihaluskan
  • 1 butir telur ayam
  • 50 ml santan kental
  • Garam secukupnya
  • 75 gram tepung kanji
  • Daun kelapa untuk membungkus

Bumbu yang dihaluskan :

  • 3 butir bawang merah
  • 3 siung bawang putih
  • 100 gram cabe merah
  • 2 butir kemiri
  • 1/2 sendok teh merica
  • Garam, gula, kunyit secukupnya

Cara Membuat Masakan Otak-Otak :
1. Campur bumbu dengan ikan giling, aduk rata
2. Kemudian masukan telur, santan, kanji, garam
3. Ambil sesendok adonan
4. Bungkus dengan daun kelapa. Sematkan lidi di kedua ujungnya
5. Panggang di atas bara api
6. Untuk variasi lain, bisa dikukus juga
