Resep Tumis Jamur Kuping

Bahan Utama :

- 250 gram jamur kuping basah
- 2 buah tahu *potong dadu
- 5 helai sawi putih
- 3 buah cabe hijau besar *iris serong
- 1buah cabe merah besar *iris serong
- 2 butir bawang putih *geprek + cincang
- 1/4 buah bawang bombay besar *cincang
- 1 sdm saos tiram
- Garam, gula pasir, merica bubuk dan kaldu bubuk secukupnya
- Minyak sayur secukupnya
- 100 ml Air

Cara membuatnya:
1. Siangi Jamur kuping. Cuci dengan air mengalir. Iris sesuai selera. Sisihkan.
2. Cuci bersih sawi, iris. Sisihkan.
3. Goreng Tahu sebentar. Tiriskan.
4. Tumis duo bawang sampai harum. Tambahkan Jamur kuping. Aduk rata. Biarkan jamur peot kena minyak panas.
5. Tambahkan Air, sawi, tahu, saos tiram, merica, garam, gulpas dan kaldu bubuk.
6. Setelah sawi layu, masukan cabe-cabean, aduk kembali.
7. Masak sampai kuah surut. Test n koreksi rasa. Angkat dan sajikan.
