Langkah
- 1 buah nanas, kupas
- 2 buah timun, kupas
- 2 buah wortel, kupas
- 5 siung bawang merah
- secukupnya lombok rawit hijau
- secukupnya cuka masak
- secukupnya gula dan garam
Langkah
- Nanas, timun dan wortel yang telah dikupas dicuci bersih dengan air masak. Tiriskan lalu potong-potong kecil.
- Cuci bawang merah dan lombok rawit. Bawang merah diiris kecil. Lalu campurkan bawang merah dan lombok rawit ke dalam potongan nanas, timun dan wortel.
- Tambahkan air cuka, gula dan garam. Dikira-kira aja sih ya nambahinnya. Aduk-aduk sampai rata. Tes rasa. Acar siap disajikan ^^ Ini ga aku tambah air masak ya karena nanti udah berair. Lebih enak dimakan kalo dingin2 habis nginep dari kulkas.
