Cara membuat:
- 2 ekor (@600) ikan bandeng, cuci bersih, kerat-kerat *)
- 2 sdm margarin
- Daun pisang, untuk membungkus
Perendam:
- 2 sdm air jeruk nipis
- 3 sdm air asam jawa
- 1½ sdt garam
- Sambal kecap, aduk rata:
- 3 siung bawang putih, kupas, haluskan
- 4 sdm kecap manis
- 4 buah cabai rawit merah, iris melintang tipis
Pelengkap:
- 3 butir bawang merah, kupas, iris halus
- 2 buah jeruk limau, belah 2
Cara membuat:
- Lumuri ikan bandeng dengan margarin dan bumbu perendam hingga rata. Diamkan selama 25 menit, sisihkan.
- Bungkus ikan bandeng dengan daun pisang, rapatkan kedua ujung daun pisang. Panggang di atas bara api sambil dibolak-balik hingga kecokelatan dan matang, angkat.
- Sajikan dengan sambal kecap dan pelengkap.
