Pindang Bandeng Kecap

Bahan-bahan:

  • 2 ekor ikan bandeng
  • 500 ml air
  • 10 buah cabai rawit
  • 3 buah cabai merah, potong kasar
  • 5 siung bawang merah
  • 2 siung bawang putih
  • 1 batang serai, memarkan
  • 1 lembar daun salam
  • 1 potong lengkuas dimemarkan
  • 5 sdm kecap manis
  • Air asam yang kental

Cara membuat:

  1. Setelah dipotong-potong, lumuri ikan dengan asam dan garam, biarkan 10 menit (1 sdm garam + 3 sdm makan air asam);
  2. Potong tipis bawang merah dan bawang putih. Lalu tumis hingga layu;
  3. Masukkan cabai rawit, cabai merah, daun salam, serai dan lengkuas. Kemudian tuang air, kecap dan air asam 1 sdm. Masak ikan hingga matang;
  4. Angkat dan sajikan selagi hangat.
