Ketan Keju Susu

Bahan-Bahan

  • 250 gram beras ketan (rendam 2-3 jam)
  • 1 bungkus santan insnta
  • 1/2 sdt garam
  • 1 sachet susu kental manis
  • keju parut untuk taburan

Cara Membuat

1. Kukus beras ketan setengah matang (sekitar 15 menitan).
2. Angkat, tambahkan garam dan santan yang sudah dicampur air, aduk rata.
3. Kukus lagi sampai matang (sekitar 25-30 menitan).
4. Sajikan ketan yang sudah matang dengan siraman susu kental manis.
5. Beri taburan keju parut sesuai selera.
