Bahan:
- 100 gram tepung beras
- 1 1/2 sendok makan tepung kanji
- 4 butir kemiri, haluskan
- 1 siung bawang putih, haluskan
- Garam secukupnya
- 1 1/2 sendok makan ebi, haluskan
- 125 ml air
- 10 lembar daun sawi utuh
- Minyak goreng secukupnya
Cara Membuat
- Campurkan tepung beras, tepung kanji, kemiri, bawang putih, garam dan ebi halus
- Kemudian tuang air sedikit demi sedikit dan aduk hingga rata
- Lumuri daun sawi yang telah di bersihkan ke dalam adonan
- Panaskan minyak goreng dan goreng sawi hingga berubah warna keemasan
- Angkat dan tiriskan
