Bahan & bumbu bakwan jagung :

Cara membuat :
- 5 buah jagung manis diserut (sebagian ditumbuk kasar, sebagian dibiarkan bulat2)
- 1 butir telur ayam
- 3½ sdm terigu segitiga
- seledri cincang
- 1 batang daun bawang (diiris agak tipis, baru dicuci biar lendirnya keluar)
- 100 gram udang kupas
- minyak goreng secukupnya
Haluskan :
- 3-4 siung bawang putih
- 1 butir bawang merah
- 1 butir kemiri
- ¼ sdt ketumbar
- 3 buah cabe merah (pedas sesuai selera), ditumbuk kasar
- garam dan penyedap secukupnya
Cara membuat :
- Campurkan jagung dengan bumbu halus, telur, seledri, daun bawang, terigu, dan udang.
- Panaskan minyak goreng, ambil adonan per 1 sendok makan lalu goreng hingga matang (coklat kekuningan). Angkat dan hidangkan dengan cabe rawit hijau.
