Martabak Red Velvet

Bahan-bahan:

  • 75 gr tepung segitiga
  • 75 gr tepung cakra
  • 30 gr gula pasir
  • 1/4 sdt baking powder
  • 1/4 sdt garam
  • 5 gr susu bubuk
  • 220 ml air
  • 20 tetes pewarna merah
  • 5 gr coklat bubuk
  • 1/4 sdt baking soda
  • 1/2 sdt cuka


Bahan toping:

  • taburan gula, sesuai selera
  • butter untuk olesan
  • keju, kacang sangrai, atau kacang mente
  • susu kental manis


Cara membuatnya:

  1. Campur semua bahan kecuali baking soda, cuka dan bahan toping.
  2. Kocok menggunakan mixer semua hingga tercampur dan adonan halus.
  3. Campur baking soda dan cuka, segera setelah berbusa masukkan ke dalam adonan.
  4. Kocok lagi menggunakan mixer sebentar hingga tercampur dan diamkan adonan selama 15 - 20 menit.
  5. Panaskan pan martabak manis atau tefflon yg tebal (biar panas merata dan stabil)
  6. Masukkan adonan dan masak sampai berongga, beri taburan gula pasir dan tutup sampai matang.
  7. Setelah matang angkat dari pan, segera olesi butter, tambahkan topping sesuai selera. Martabak red velvet rumahan siap disantap.
