Cara membuatnya:
- 75 gr tepung segitiga
- 75 gr tepung cakra
- 30 gr gula pasir
- 1/4 sdt baking powder
- 1/4 sdt garam
- 5 gr susu bubuk
- 220 ml air
- 20 tetes pewarna merah
- 5 gr coklat bubuk
- 1/4 sdt baking soda
- 1/2 sdt cuka
Bahan toping:
- taburan gula, sesuai selera
- butter untuk olesan
- keju, kacang sangrai, atau kacang mente
- susu kental manis
Cara membuatnya:
- Campur semua bahan kecuali baking soda, cuka dan bahan toping.
- Kocok menggunakan mixer semua hingga tercampur dan adonan halus.
- Campur baking soda dan cuka, segera setelah berbusa masukkan ke dalam adonan.
- Kocok lagi menggunakan mixer sebentar hingga tercampur dan diamkan adonan selama 15 - 20 menit.
- Panaskan pan martabak manis atau tefflon yg tebal (biar panas merata dan stabil)
- Masukkan adonan dan masak sampai berongga, beri taburan gula pasir dan tutup sampai matang.
- Setelah matang angkat dari pan, segera olesi butter, tambahkan topping sesuai selera. Martabak red velvet rumahan siap disantap.
