Bahan-bahan:
Cara membuat:
- 350 gram fish fillet (bisa gurame, nila, atau dori)
- 4 sdm kecap asin
- 2 batang serai, memarkan
- 1 sdm olive oil
- Minyak wijen secukupnya
- Gula secukupnya
- 1 helai daun bawang
- 1 ruas jahe
- 1 sdt arak shao xing
Cara membuat:
- Masukkan olive oil, kecap asin, gula, aduk rata (tambahkan sedikit air jika terlalu asin), setelah itu masukkan fillet ikan ke dalam bumbu dan kukus hingga matang.
- Iris tipis-tipis jahe dan daun bawang, lalu taburkan di atas ikan yang hampir matang. Tuangkan arak dan minyak wijen.
- Angkat dan sajikan selagi panas.
