Bahan-bahan:
- 2 ekor ikan pindang, goreng sampai matang
- 6 siung bawang putih iris
- 8 siung bawang merah iris
- 10 buah cabe rawit, potong jadi tiga
- 3 lembar daun bawang, potong besar
- 1 buah tomat
- Saori secukupnya
- Garam secukupnya
- Gula secukupnya
- Air secukupnya
Cara membuat:
- Siapkan wajan, beri minyak secukupnya, masukkan irisan bawang merah dan bawang putih, tumis sampai harum.
- Masukkan ikan pindang yang sudah dipisahkan dari durinya, kemudian aduk-aduk hingga tercampur dengan irisan bawang.
- Masukkan irisan cabe dan daun bawang, aduk-aduk, tambahkan air untuk kuah, saori, garam dan gula, aduk lagi hingga merata.
- Aduk-aduk sebentar, hingga ikan matang. Cicipi bila sudah sesuai rasanya, matikan kompor dan hidangkan selagi panas.
