Resep Kolak Kolang Kaling Dan Pacar Cina Menu Buka Puasa

Bahan-bahan/bumbu-bumbu:

  • 5 buah pisang tanduk, potong miring 4-5 cm
  • 150 gram kolang kaling, belah 2 bagian
  • 50 gram pacar cina
  • 250 gram gula merah, iris
  • 50 gram gula pasir
  • 1/4 sendok teh garam
  • 2 lembar daun pandan, buat simpul
  • 750 ml air


Bahan Santan:

  • 300 ml santan dari 1/2 butir kelapa
  • 1 lembar daun pandan
  • 1/4 sendok teh garam


Cara membuat kolak pisang pacar cina:


  1. Rebus pisang, kolang kaling, gula merah, gula pasir, garam, daun pandan dan air di atas api kecil sampai meresap. Makin habis kuahnya, pengadukan harus makin pelan.
  2. Santan, rebus santan, garam, dan daun pandan sambil diaduk sampai mendidih.
  3. Sajikan pisang bersama santan, cukup untuk 5 porsi.
