- Tetelan daging sapi
Bumbu :
- Merica
- Ketumbar
- 7 bawang merah
- 5 bawang putih
- 1 ruas kunyit
- 1/2 biji pala
- 3 lembar salam
- 1 ruas laos
- 1 ruas jahe
- 3 daun jeruk
- 1 batang sereh
- 1 tomat iris 4 bagian
- Garam
- Gula
Bahan isian :
- Toge (direbus)
- Seledri (diiris tipis)
- Bawang goreng
Langkah
- Cuci bersih tetelan sapi. Rebus lalu ganti airnya. Rebus lagi hingga mendidih.
- Haluskan semua bumbu, kecuali daun salam dan daun jeruk. Laos, jahe dan sereh dimemarkan. Tumis hingga harum.
- Masukkan bumbu yg sudah ditumis ke manci daging yg sudah medidih.
- Masukkan tomat, Tambah garam, gula dan penyedap rasa.
- Sajikan bersama toge, seledri, dan bawang merah diatasnya.
