Cara :
- ayam kampung 1 ekor ( 1 kg an)
- santan dr 1 btr kelapa1500 ml
Bumbu halus :
- bawang merah 8 siung
- bawang putih 6 siung
- ketumbar 1 sdm peres
- kemiri 7 btr
- garam 1 sdm
Bumbu lain :
- gula merah 1 sdm
- gula pasir 1/2 sdt
Rempah2 :
- salam 6 lbr
- daun jeruk nipis 3 lbr
- sere 3 btg
- jahe 3 ruas jari
- laos 3 ruas jari
Cara :
- cuci bersih ayam, ikat dg posisi kaki di tekuk, di bawah badan nya, leher diikat ditekuk, sayap jg diikat.
- tumis bumbu halus sp harum, masuk rempah2 aduk, masuk ayam, tuang santan, kl bisa sp tenggelam, didihkan, masak dg api kecil, koreksi rasa ungkep ( tutup) masak, sekali kali di tengok masak sp ayam empuk, angkat, buka ikatan, hidangkan.
