Binte Biluhuta (Khas Gorontalo)

Bahan-bahan

  • 2 buah jagung manis, yg sudah di pipil
  • 250 gram udang kupas
  • 1000 ml air
  • 5 siung bawang merah, iris tipis
  • 2 buah cabe merah, iris bulat (bisa ditambah jika suka pedas)
  • secukupnya Garam
  • secukupnya Gula
  • 75 gram kelapa yg sudah diparut kasar
  • 1 sdm air jeruk nipis
  • 1 buah tomat, potong-potong
  • 5 tangkai daun kemangi

Langkah

  1. Rebus air hingga mendidih, kemudian masukan jagung manis, cabe merah, dan bawang merah.
  2. Masukan udang kupas, beri garam dan gula secukupnya. Masak hingga udang berubah warna.
  3. Kemudian masukan kelapa parut, air jeruk nipis, dan daun kemangi. Masak hingga matang.
  4. Terakhir, tambahkan potongan tomat. Kemudian sajikan selagi hangat.
