Langkah
- 2 buah jagung manis, yg sudah di pipil
- 250 gram udang kupas
- 1000 ml air
- 5 siung bawang merah, iris tipis
- 2 buah cabe merah, iris bulat (bisa ditambah jika suka pedas)
- secukupnya Garam
- secukupnya Gula
- 75 gram kelapa yg sudah diparut kasar
- 1 sdm air jeruk nipis
- 1 buah tomat, potong-potong
- 5 tangkai daun kemangi
Langkah
- Rebus air hingga mendidih, kemudian masukan jagung manis, cabe merah, dan bawang merah.
- Masukan udang kupas, beri garam dan gula secukupnya. Masak hingga udang berubah warna.
- Kemudian masukan kelapa parut, air jeruk nipis, dan daun kemangi. Masak hingga matang.
- Terakhir, tambahkan potongan tomat. Kemudian sajikan selagi hangat.
