Cara membuat:
- 200 gram ikan tuna
- 1 genggam kacang tanah goreng (atau kenari sangrai), tumbuk kasar
- 4 sdm minyak kelapa
Bumbu-bumbu:
- 10 cabe rawit (rica gufu), rajang kasar
- 1 genggam kemangi (balakama), sebagian rajang kasar
- 10 siung bawang merah, rajang kasar
- 2 lemon cui (limau kasturi, jeruk kunci, kietna)
- garam
Cara membuat:
- Ikan tuna mentah dipotong dadu, lalu dicuci dan dilumuri dengan perasan lemon cui dan garam.
- Campurkan dengan rajangan kemangi. Bila tidak tersedia lemon cui, dapat diganti jeruk nipis.
- Campurkan rajangan cabe rawit, bawang merah, dan kacang tanah.
- Siram dengan minyak panas. Bila ingin agar tuna lebih matang, minyak panas dapat ditambah, agar semua permukaan tuna terpapar pada minyak panas.
- Sajikan dengan hiasan daun kemangi.
