Jenang Jagung Manis

Bahan :


  • 10 buah jagung manis 
  • 200 gram gula merah
  • 250 cc santan terbuat dari 1/2 butir kelapa
  • 1/2 sendok teh garam


Cara membuat:

  1. Parut jagung manis, lalu peras dan beri sedikit air, biarkan jagung selama 2 jam agar mengendap.
  2. Setelah mengendap, ambil patinya, lalu sisihkan. 
  3. iris gula merah, lalu masukkan ke dalam wadah, tambahkan dengan garam, santan dan pati jagung yang tadi di endapkan.
  4. Setelah itu masak di atas kompor dengan api sedang sambil terus di aduk aduk hingga gula larut dan mengantal.
  5. Setelah mendidih, angkat dan taruh di dalam wadah dan biarkan dingin, setelah dingin, baru potong potong sesuai selera. Sajikan.
