Bahan-bahan

  • 30 menit
  • 250 gram daging has, buang lemak
  • 1 sdm kecap asin
  • 1 sdt lada bubuk
  • 1 batang sereh, iris halus
  • 1 cangkir daun mint
  • 1 cangkir daun ketumbar
  • 1 batang daun bawang, iris serong
  • 3 buah bawang merah, iris halus
  • 2 buah cabai merah, iris halus

Saus:

  • 1 sdm kecap ikan
  • 1 sdm gula palem
  • 1 sdt cabai bubuk/chili flakes
  • 1 sdm air jeruk nipis
  • 1 sdm minyak

Langkah :

  1. Aduk rata kecap asin, lada bubuk dan sereh. Marinasi daging dengan bumbu ini. Diamkan 15 menit
  2. Panggang hingga matang. Sekitar 1 menit di setiap sisi.
  3. Angkat dan diamkan sebentar, supaya sarinya tertahan di daging dan daging tidak kering
  4. Campur bahan saus tambahkan bawang merah, cabai dan daun bawang
  5. Potong tipis daging dan aduk rata dengan saus. Tambahkan herbs. Aduk rata
  6. Sajikan
