Bahan - bahan:
- 4 piring nasi
- Jamur tiram
- 5 helai sawi
- 1 batang daun bawang
- 1 buah tomat
- 1 genggam bihun
- Bumbu halus :
- 6 siung bawang merah
- 4 siung bawang putih
- 15 buah Lombok
- 2 ruas kencur
- 2 ruas kunyit
Tambahan nya ; garam, gula, penyedap
Langkah
- Jamurnya disuir Suir & di tumis duluan ya sampe keluar air truss gongsong sampai kering,kemudian cuci bersih lagi pakai air
- Potong sawi & daun bawang
- Panaskan minyak, masukkan bumbu halus & daun bawang sampai harum tambahkan garam.,gula & penyedap
- Masukkan bihun, sawi & jamur aduk aduk sampai merata. Lalu masukkan nasi sedikit demi sedikit...
- Aduk terus sampai merata, test rasa, dan hias.
