Bahan:
- 300 gram daun singkong
- 100 gram ikan teri, goreng
- 750 gram santan dari 1 butir kelapa
- 3 buah tomat, potong-potong
- Minyak secukupnya untuk menumis
- 3 lembar daun salam
- 3 batang serai, memarkan
- 1 ruas jari lengkuas, memarkan
- 1 sendok teh garam
- 1 sendok teh penyedap rasa, jika
Bumbu yang dihaluskan:
- 12 butir bawang merah
- 3 siung bawang putih
- 10 butir kemiri
- 1 ruas jari kunyit
- 1 buah cabai merah
- Daun singkong dicuci bersih. Rebus + ½ jam sampai empuk, tiriskan. Potong-potong. Sisihkan.
- Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum.
- Masukkan daun salam, serai, lengkuas, tomat, garam, penyedap rasa, daun singkong, santan. Masak hingga mendidih, aduk-aduk. Masukkan ikan teri. Aduk rata.
- Angkat dan hidangkan.
