Bahan-bahan :
- 1 buah kol, iris
- 1 ikat sawi, potong2
- 1 ikat kacang panjang, potong
- 50 gr toge
- 10 buah buncis, potong
Bumbu pecel:
- 100 gr kacang tanah
- 7 siung bawang putih
- 15 buah cabe rawit (bisa dikurangi bila tdk suka pedes)
- 4 lembar daun jeruk
- 100 gr gula merah, sisir
- 1 sdm asam jawa
- Garam secukupmya
Langkah - langkah:
- Rebus semua sayuran, tiriskan
- Buat bumbu : goreng kacang tanah, tiriskan. Lalu goreng bawang putih, cabe rawit dan daun jeruk.
- Larutkan gula merah sisir dan asam jawa dengan 1/2 gelas air.
- Haluskan kacang tanah, bawang putih, cabe rawit dan daun jeruk.
- Tuang larutan gula merah dan asam jawa ke bumbu kacang. Tambahkan garam dan aduk rata. Ambil secukupnya bumbu pecel dan tambahkan air aduk rata.
- Tata sayuran di wadah, siram dengan bumbu kacang.. siap disajikan ๐
