Resep Beef Sausage Salad

Bahan-bahan

• 2 porsi
• 4 buah sosis sapi (sausage)
• 1/2 buah bawang bombay
• 1 buah tomat
• 1 sachet mayonise
• 1 butir telur ayam
• secukupnya selada keriting
• secukupnya keju chedar
• secukupnya paterseli

Langkah

1. Rebus telur ayam hingga matang.
2. Sambil merebus, goreng sosis ayam hingga matang pula. Setelah matang potong sesusai selera.
3. Potong bombay, tomat secara diagonal (bentuk lingkaran). Kejunya dipotong sesuai selera/cube.
4. Campur bahan bahan yg sudah dipotong tadi + selada keriting dalam 1 wadah, beri mayonise. Mix
5. Beri telur rebus yg sudah dipotong lingkaran.Beef sausage salad siap dihidangkan.
