Resep massaman curry thailand

Bahan-bahan :


  • 3 sdm minyak goreng
  • 8 bh bawang merah, iris
  • 3 sdt massaman curry paste
  • 10 bh kepulaga
  • 2 cm kayumanis
  • 3 bh bunga lawang
  • 500 g daging has dalam, potong dadu
  • 750 ml santan cair
  • 200 g kentang kecil, kupas
  • 250 ml santan kental
  • 2 ½ sdt saus ikan
  • 1 sdm air asam Jawa
  • 2 sdm gula merah
  • 2 btg kemangi, petik daunnya


Cara Membuat:

  1. Panaskan minyak goreng, tumis bawang merah sampai harum.
  2. Masukkan massaman curry paste , kepulaga, kayumanis, dan bunga lawang, aduk rata dan masak sampai harum.
  3. Masukkan daging has dalam, aduk rata. Masak sampai daging berubah warna.
  4. Tuang santan cair, masak sambil terus diaduk sampai mendidih dan daging matang.
  5. Tambahkan kentang kecil, santan kental, saus ikan, air asam Jawa, dan gula merah, aduk rata, masak sampai mendidih dan kuah mengental.
  6. Menjelang diangkat, taburkan daun kemangi. Angkat
  7. Massaman Curry siap untuk disajikan, sajikan selagi hangat .
