Bahan-bahan
- 4 btr putih telur
- 8 btr kuning telur
- 250 gr gula pasir
- 200 gr terigu
- 250 gr butter dicairkan
- secukupnya coklat bubuk / pasta coklat
Langkah
- Kocok telur dan gula sampai mengembang
- Masukkan terigu yg sudah diayak, aduk balik dg spatula
- Masukkan butter cair, aduk balik dg spatula pastikan tidak ada cairan butter yg mengendap di bagian bawah. Adonan ada titik2 hitam krn sy pakai vanilla bean
- Ambil sebagian adonan, beri coklat bubuk / pasta coklat. Aduk rata
- Siapkan loyang bulat diameter 22, oles mentega tabur tepung. Tuang bergantian adonan putih dan coklat tepat di tengah2 loyang. Lakukan sampai adonan habis
- Panggang kue sampai matang, suhu sesuaikan dg oven masing2. Lakukan tes tusuk. Keluarkan kue dr loyang. Dinginkan potong2
- Ini penampakan kue hari ke 2 makin moist dan lembuut. Sukaaaa ๐๐
Selamat mencoba ๐ tips kalo mau cake lebih ringan kocok putih telur pisah. Sy mah males langsung gabung jadi satu aja ๐ kalo seret ya tinggal minum banyak2 ๐๐
