Seruit Lampung

Bahan-bahan

  • 500 gr ikan tongkol
  • 1 sdm air jeruk nipis
  • 1 sdt garam
  • 2 siung bawang putih, haluskan
  • 150 gr mangga kueni, potong tipis memanjang
  • 1 buah tomat, potong tipis memanjang
  • 50 ml air panas

Bumbu halus

  • 6 butir bawang merah
  • 4 buah cabai merah
  • 1/2 sdt terasi, goreng
  • 1 sdt garam
  • 1 sdt gula pasir

Cara membuat
1. Lumuri ikan tongkol dengan air jeruk nipis, garam dan bawang putih halus, lalu biarkan selama 20 menit
2. Bakar ikan tongkol hingga matang, lalu angkat dan suwir-suwir. Campurkan potongan mangga kueni, tomat dan suwiran ikan tongkol lalu aduk hingga rat
3. Campur bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan bersama air panas. Siramkan ke dalam suwiran ikan tongkol, aduk hingga rata dan seruit siap disajikan.
