Bahan Bumbu:
Cara Membuat :
- 500 gram daging sapi, potong tipis
- 1 sachet (22 ml) saus teriyaki
- 3 sdm kecap manis
- 1 buah bawang bombay, iris tipis
- 2 siung bawang putih, iris tipis
- 3 butir bawang merah, iris tipis
- ½ sdt lada/merica bubuk
- ½ sdt garam
- 2 sdm margarin untuk menumis
- 150 ml air
- 1 sdm tepung maizena dilarutkan sedikit air
Cara Membuat :
- Panaskan margarin secukupnya dalam wajan, lalu tumis bumbu iris hingga harum. Masukkan potongan daging sapi serta aduk-aduk hingga daging berubah warna.
- Tuangkan air lalu tutup wajan, setelah mendidih masukkan garam, lada bubuk, kecap manis dan saus teriyaki. Aduk-aduk rata kemudian tutup kembali wajan.
- Masak hingga daging empuk dan kuah hampir menyusut, selanjutnya tuang larutan maizena serta aduk-aduk hingga mengental. Matikan api, daging sapi teriyaki sudah siap untuk disajikan.
