Bahan :
Cara membuatnya :
- 350 gr daging ikan tenggiri fillet, rendam dengan air jeruk nipis dan garam
- 1/2 bawang bombay iris tipis
- 8 buah cabe rawit
- 4 siung bawang putih, cincang
- 3 cm jahe, geprek
- Secukupnya garam, merica bubuk dan kaldu jamur
- 2 sdm saos teriyaki
- 2 sdm kecap manis
- 1 sdm saus tomat
- 60 ml air mineral
- Minyak untuk menggoreng dan menumis
Cara membuatnya :
- Goreng ikan sampai setengah garing aja, angkat dan sisihkan
- Tumis bawang putih, bawang bombay, jahe, cabe rawit sampai layu, masukan air, kecap manis, saos teriyaki, saos tomat, merica bubuk, kaldu bubuk, garam dan ikan yang sudah di goreng, aduk -aduk sampai bumbu meresap. Cicipi. Angkat
