Bahan:
- 200 gram cream cheese
- 150 ml susu evaporated
- 100 gram mentega tawar
- 70 gram tepung terigu protein rendah
- 30 gram maizena
- 1/2 sendok teh baking powder
- 200 gram kuning telur
- 225 gram putih telur
- 1/2 sendok teh garam
- 1 sendok teh cream of tartar
- 150 gram gula pasir halus
Bahan Toping:
- 200 gram non dairy cream, kocok mengembang
- 20 buah strawberry segar utuh, untuk hiasan
Bahan Olesan (dimasak):
- 100 gram selai stroberi
- 3 sendok makan air
- Tim cream cheese di atas air mendidih sambil diaduk sampai meleleh. Tuang susu evaporated. Aduk sampai licin. Tambahkan mentega tawar. Aduk rata.
- Tuang sedikit – sedikit ke campuran tepung terigu dan tepung maizena yang sudah diayak dan diaduk perlahan. Tambahkan kuning telur. Aduk rata. Sisihkan.
- Kocok putih telur, garam, dan cream of tartar sampai setengah mengembang. Tambahkan gula pasir halus sedikit-sedikit sambil dikocok sampai mengembang.
- Tuang ke campuran tepung terigu sambil diaduk perlahan.
- Tuang di loyang 28x28x4 cm yang dialas kertas roti tanpa dioles.
- Letakkan di loyang yang diberi sedikit air.
- Oven 45 menit dengan api bawah suhu 160 derajat Celsius.
- Potong-potong bentuk bulat. Semprot dengan krim bentuk bulat. Hias dengan stroberi.
- Oleskan bahan olesan.
