Bumbu ungkep dan olesan:
Cara membuat:
- 1 ekor ayam dibagi menjadi 8 potong
- margarin secukupnya
Bumbu ungkep dan olesan:
- 5 sendok makan saus sambal
- 4 siung bawang putih, haluskan
- 3 sendok makan saus tomat
- 3 sendok makan kecap manis
- 2 sendok makan saus tiram
- 1/2 sendok teh merica bubuk
- 2 gelas air
- garam secukupnya
- gula secukupnya
Cara membuat:
- Masak ayam dengan bumbu ungkep sampai air menyusut.
- Olesi panggangan dengan margarin, kemudian panggang ayam sambil sesekali diolesi sisa bumbu ungkep. Tidak perlu terlalu lama, cukup panggang sampai terbentuk lapisan karamel tipis pada permukaan ayam.
