- 300 gr sirloin
- 3 buah buncis
- 50 gr bawang bombay
- 50 gr champignon mushroom
- 20 gr demiglace powder
- Secukupnya air
- Secukupnya minyak untuk menumis
- Seasoning
Langkah
- Marinate daging dengan seasoning, diamkan selama kurleb 10mnt
- Tumis jamur, masukan demiglace powder, tambahkan air sampai saus mengental.
- Tumis bawang bombay sampai layu, masukkan daging, masak sampai berubah warna.
- Masukkan buncis, tambahkan air secukupnya, masak sampai buncis matang.
- Masak diatas api sedang sampai saus mengental dan meresap ke dalam daging.
