Cara Membuat Juhu Singkah

 Bahan :

  • 1 kg Umbut atau pohon kelapa bagian atas.
  • 1 ruas kunyit dan laos sudah di pukul supaya pecah.
  • 1 sendok teh ketumbar
  • 1 sendok teh garam
  • 2 gelas santan kental
  • 2 siung bawang putih
  • 3 lembar daun salam
  • 6 gelas santan cair
  • 6 siung bawang merah

Cara membuat :

  1. Umbut yang masih lemah dicuci, diiris tipis seukuran sendok makan, tebal ½ cm diremdam dalam air, tiriskan.
  2. Rebus air, lalu masukan umbut. Masukkan semua bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan (kecuali daun salam dan laos), diamkan hingga matang dan meresap.
  3. Juhu Singkah / Umbut Rotan Khas Kalimantan Tengah siap dihidangkan.
