Bahan :
Cara membuat :
- 1 kg Umbut atau pohon kelapa bagian atas.
- 1 ruas kunyit dan laos sudah di pukul supaya pecah.
- 1 sendok teh ketumbar
- 1 sendok teh garam
- 2 gelas santan kental
- 2 siung bawang putih
- 3 lembar daun salam
- 6 gelas santan cair
- 6 siung bawang merah
Cara membuat :
- Umbut yang masih lemah dicuci, diiris tipis seukuran sendok makan, tebal ½ cm diremdam dalam air, tiriskan.
- Rebus air, lalu masukan umbut. Masukkan semua bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan (kecuali daun salam dan laos), diamkan hingga matang dan meresap.
- Juhu Singkah / Umbut Rotan Khas Kalimantan Tengah siap dihidangkan.
