Catemak Jagung Khas NTT

Bahan-bahan :

  • 500 gram biji jagung
  • 100 gram kacang tanah,
  • 200 gram kacang hijau,


Cara membuat :

  1. Rebus kacang – kacangan sampai kacang tersebut empuk, biarkan air rebusan tetap bergabung dengan kacang – kacangan.
  2. Setelah empuk , masukkan bumbu penyedap rasa sesuai selera , termasuk garam . Karena makanan ini khas dengan rasanya yang asin , jadi kasih garamnya agak banyak ya .
  3. Tambahkan macam – macam sayuran sesuai selera seperti bunga pepaya , daun ubi atau jantung pisang pucuk labu juga boleh.
  4. Tunggu kuahnya mengental dan semua daun masak . setelah masak angkat
  5. Catemak Jagung siap disajikan
