Resep Ayam Cincane Kalimantan Timur

Bahan :

  1. 1 ekor ayam kampung, potong jadi 4 bagian
  2. 3 sdm minyak
  3. 3 cm jahe
  4. 3 cm lengkuas
  5. 2 lbr daun salam
  6. 2 btg serai, memarkan
  7. 2 sdm gula merah
  8. 1 sdt garam
  9. 500 ml santan

Haluskan:

  • 12 bh cabai merah
  • 6 bh bawang merah
  • 4 siung bawang putih
  • 1 sdt terasi

Cara membuat:

  1. Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan, daun salam dan serai, masak hingga harum dan matang.
  2. Masukkan ayam, masak hingga ayam berubah warna, lalu tambahkan gula merah, dan garam, tuang santan, masak hingga santan mengering.
  3. Masukkan ayam dalam pinggan tahan panas, panggang dalam oven panas 200 derajat Celcius, selama 30 menit. Angkat, hidangkan.
