Bahan-bahan:
- 250 Gram ati sapi
- 250 Gram kentang
- Pete
Bumbu halus:
- 25 Buah cabe merah
- 5 Buah cabe rawit
- 6 Siung bwng merah
- 5 Siung bwng pth
- 2 Buah tomat ukuran sedang
- 1 Sdt terasi
- Gula
- Garam
Bumbu ungkep ati:
- Jahe geprek
- Asem
- Daun jeruk
- Garam
Cara membuat:
1. Bersihkan ati potong dadu ungkep dengan bumbu ungkep 15 menit aja, tiriskan.
2. Rebus dulu cabe, bawang, tomat asal layu aja.
3. Kupas kentang potong dadu goreng, haluskan bumbu.
4. Tumis beri gula garam masak hingga bumbu matang masukan Pete, kentang dan ati.
